Putting Patients First
The Friends & FamilyTest (FFT) is a feedback tool which offers patients the opportunity to provide feedback about the care and treatment they have received. This is not a traditional survey; this will be a continuous loop between our patients and staff.
The FFT questions asks if patients would recommend the services we provide and how we could improve them. This provides a mechanism to highlight both good and poor patient experience. The data is completely anonymous and is not compulsory, but is available to all patients.

The Primary Aims of FFT
- Are to gather useful feedback from patients and directly fed this information back to the staff that provide their care,
- Identify areas where improvements can be made,
- Inform current and prospective patients about the experiences of those who use the practice.
