Repeat Prescriptions
Don’t leave it until the last minute if you need a repeat prescription!
We need time to be able to issue a repeat prescription, as they need to be signed by a doctor and in some cases, they will need to be reviewed. If you are on regular medication, it is your responsibility to make sure that you do not run out of your mediation.
Request your repeat prescription in plenty of time (a couple of weeks before you run out), or if you need a review (such as those on the pill) make sure you book an appointment in good time. It can take up to a week to get an appointment when we are busy, so think ahead!
