How to Register with the Student Health Centre

We have registration packs available to pick up at our surgery and also at the student advice desk in Holgate. You will also need to complete the new patient questionnaire. Alternatively, you may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.

Students can now register online for the student health centre using our new service from campus doctor. It's a quick and easy way for new and returning students to register with the surgery. We do suggest you don't register using this system until the 7th,8th, and 9th of September as you will be removed from your current surgery.

International Students Please Note:

Staying over 6 months:

International students studying for over 6 months are eligible to register permanently with the Health Centre. To register we will need you to fill out a registration pack, (available at the Health Centre) and bring a photocopy of your passport.

Staying for less than 6 months:

For students staying for less than 6 months, you can register as a temporary resident. You will not need to do anything until you need to make an appointment at the Health Centre.

A Guide For Patients

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.
