Students can now register online for the student health centre using our new service from campus doctor. It's a quick and easy way for new and returning students to register with the surgery. We do suggest you don't register using this system until 7th,8th and 9th of September as you will be removed from your current surgery.

MSK Physio Referral

There is a new comprehensive website for self-help for MSK problems. There is lots of advice on the page relating to MSK issues and you can now self-refer for the physio service too. Just follow the link here.

Don't leave it until the last minute if you need a repeat prescription!

We need time to be able to issue a repeat prescription, as they need to be signed by a doctor and in some cases, they will need to be reviewed. If you are on regular medication, it is your responsibility to make sure that you do not run out of your mediation. Request your repeat prescription in plenty of time (a couple of weeks before you run out), or if you need a review (such as those on the pill) make sure you book an appointment in good time. It can take up to a week to get an appointment when we are busy, so think ahead!

Do you suffer from a long-term condition?

If you suffer from a long-term condition and are on regular medication, it is important that you register with us straight away and make an appointment with the nurse. This is so that we can regularly review your condition and medication. We also have a Long Term Conditions page which provides lots of useful information.
